Frequently Asked Questions

Answers for camping gear, towing accessories, shipping, returns, installation, and warranty support.

How do I choose the right hitch or towing accessory?

Start with your vehicle year, make, model, receiver size, trailer type, and expected load. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and include those details so we can help narrow the options.

Begin with shelter, sleep, water, lighting, cooking, storage, and recovery basics. Add comfort items after the core kit is covered, especially if cargo space or towing weight is limited.

Most ready-to-ship gear is prepared after order review. Large, heavy, or fit-specific items may need extra handling time. Tracking information will be shared when the order leaves the warehouse.

Contact us before installing or modifying the item. Unused products in resellable condition are generally easier to review for return or exchange. Installed, scratched, wired, drilled, or modified items may not qualify.

Some accessories are simple bolt-on upgrades, while hitches, wiring, and load-bearing hardware may require proper tools, torque specs, and fit checks. Use a qualified installer when the install affects towing safety.

Keep your order number, product photos, installation notes, and a clear description of the issue. This helps us review whether the issue is product-related, installation-related, or caused by field use.
